Dry Laksa using Prima Premix by Peck Shuyin



Ingredients:
1 box Prima laksa premix (I use 1/2 portion)
1 packet thick bee hoon
300ml water
Bean sprouts
Tau pok
Fish cake
Prawns


Method:
1) Boil a pot of water. Put in the thick bee hoon and bean sprouts to cook for 2-3 min. Drained and set aside.
2) In another pot, pour 300ml water, add in 1/2 packet premix and stir well. Let it boil. (Do not cover the pot)
3) After the laksa mixture is boiled, put in tau pok, fish cake. Let it cook for 5 min. Then add in prawns.
4) In a big mixing bowl, put in the bee hoon and bean sprouts. Scoop the laksa sauce in. Then mix well.
