Ingredients:
125g rice flour, 40g Tapioca starch, 15g corn flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 25ml oil, 450ml water
Combine ingredients together and leave the mixture for 1 hour. Greased the steam squarish pan with oil and place 2 ladles of batter. Swirl the pan to spread out the batter thinly. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Remove the pan and let it cool for 1 min. Using a spatula and roll the chee cheong fun inwards. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with crispy shallots and homemade sauce.
Note: You may like to add other ingredients into the chee cheong fun, such as char siew, prawns, chicken, vegetables, etc.
