Please adjust the taste of the teriyaki sauce accordingly to your own preference. This recipe also does not consist of the usual mirin. If you already have a fantastic teriyaki sauce recipe or a nice bottle you like, you can use that instead.
Ingredients/temp:
The minced meat I used has a mixed of beef and pork, but it's up to your own preference.
I added 1.5 tbsp of vinegar instead, and also added one onion.
As for the temp in the oven, 35-40min is a guideline depending on the size of the meatballs and your oven. For mine, I would go for 20-25min next time
