1kg prawns(wash and remove shells)
20 piece dry chilie (grind with 5 small onions and 2 piece garlic)
2 big onions(cut into rings)
1 tomato
Curry leaves
Salt 2tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Corinder leaves for garnish
To cook;
In a wok, pour 2 tbsp of oil. Put in the curry leaves, onions and tomato. Fry till golden brown. Add the grind dry chillie paste and stir..adding salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir till the sambal turns red.
Then add the prawns and stir for 10 mins till prawns are cooked. Finally Garnish with coriander leaves.
