All based on agar-ation...
1) Minced pork which I marinated overnight with light soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of salt, dash of pepper & corn flour.
2) Fresh lotus seeds which is in a vacuumed pack from Giant.
Cook the rice grains together with the lotus seeds till porridge like, and adds in the minced pork.
Adds some of the below seasoning & abit of pepper.
And lastly, stirs in 2 beaten eggs(with abit of light soy sauce)...some fried shallots oil...and it is done. Garnish it with some spring onions before served.
