Ingredient
3 Egg white
1 cup icing sugar
some food colouring

Method
1. preheat oven at 100 degree. Beat egg white and sugar until stiff peak form.
2. add colouring and beat on high speed for another 3 min.
3. pipe them out on the baking sheet using star shape nozzle.
4. bake them for 30 min. and set cool in the oven.
