Ingredients
1) chic mid joint x15-16
2) ginger 10 slices, cut into thin strip
3) hua tiao jiu 2 tbs
4) pinch of salt
5) dark soya sauce ( depend on yr preference )
6) sesame oil 2 tbs
7) sugar 1 teaspoon
Methods
1) fried ginger with sesame oil till fragrant
2) add chicken, fried for awhile
3) add hua tiao jiu, fried for awhile
4) add a cup of water, salt , sugar & dark soya sauce
5) add more water to cover the chicken
6) braise for 45 mins till some sauce left
