Ingredients:
Brown bee hoon
Prawns
Choy Sum
Lean pork, sliced
Carrot cut slice
Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp of seaame oil
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Seasonings in a bowl
200ml stock (I boiled ikan bilis with 3 stalks of celery)
1tbsp oyster Sauce
1 tbsp dark Soy Sauce
1tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp of Corn flour Mix with some water (to thicken the gravy abit)
Method.
Soak bee hoon in water...depends on ur bee hoon..dun soak too long..jz semi soft can liao
Mine is abt 4min oredi semi soft.
Marinate pork slices with a pinch of salt, pepper, 1 tbsp dark soya sauce and corn flour, set aside and put in fridge for abt half an hr.
Heat wok, drizzle some oil n put 1 tbsp of minced garlic n stie fry till fragrant.
Add in the pork slices til cooked, dish out and set aside.
Put prawns n stir fry til it turn red and dish out, set aside. Add in the sesame oil, put 1 tbsp mince garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
Put in stock and seasonings in a bowl and boil.
Once boiling, add in the bee hoon til is soft and add in the choy sum, the cooked pork slices and prawns.
Mix well and add in cornflour mixture stir in the corn flour mixture to thicken the gravy..
