Ingredients:
1 Broccoli, 1 packet of white shimeiji mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic (sliced), 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Method:
Boil broccoli in water and drained the water away. Layed them in a plate. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and sauteed the garlic till fragrant. Add white shimeiji and oyster sauce. Simmer the mushrooms till cooked and poured the sauce onto the brocolli. Served.
