Ingredients:
500g of chicken, chilli and spring onions (for garnishing)
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour with 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 100ml water + 50ml water
Method:
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour with 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 100ml water + 50ml water
Method:
Pour all the sauce, except water and bring the sauce to a boil. In a low fire, place all the chicken in a pan to coat with the sauce. If the sauce thickened and dried up, add water. Continue to coat the chicken every 5 mins till they are completely cooked. Drizzled the remaining sauce onto the chicken when serving. Garnished with spring onions and chilli.
