1. Bring a generous pot of water to a boil. Add salt & pasta. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain well & reserve some pasta water.
2. Melt butter with olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic & saute till the garlic turns light brown.
3. Add Greek Yogurt & grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk to melt the cheese. Add the crab leg, simmer for 1-2 mins & turn off the flame. Add pasta, sea salt & garlic pepper. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly. Add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time, if necessary, to thin it.
4. To serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese & Noritamago Furikake.
