Eggless & Kids Friendly Milo Tiramisu by Christina Tan Tey Pl


4 to 5 heaped tblspn of milo powder
250ml of warm water
Half pkt of Arnotts Malt 'O' Milk biscuits
250g soft cream cheese
2 tblspn of caster sugar
1 tspn of vanilla essence

Method :
1. Dissolved Milo powder with water n set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese with caster sugar n vanilla.
3. Pour milo solution in a shallow pan. Dip half of the required biscuits in, then placed in a loaf pan or desired container.
4. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture. Smoothen the top.
5. Dip the rest of the biscuits into milo solution. Place on top of cream cheese.
6. Scoop the rest of the cream cheese on top of biscuits n smoothen the top.
7. Sieve milo powder to cover the top.
8. Chill at least an hour or overnight.
