Just the 2
ingredients: chocolate + ice cream of choice.
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Coat the mould.
3. Put in the freezer to set for 3-5minutes.
4. Make a second coat of chocolate if you find the first coat too thin and put in the fridge to set for another 3-5mins.
5. Scoop ice cream into the mould and cover with final layer of chocolate.
6. put it to set in the freezer for 15mins.
7. Unmould.
I used normal jelly mould.
