Pork Belly's recipe:
Marinate pork belly with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, pepper & salt. Sauté the garlic, then put in ginger pcs, sauté till ginger turn a bit crispy, put in the pork belly, stir fry for awhile, add in water n fiber n cook for abt half an hr or 45 mins till pork belly soften. Add in kiam chye n soaked-deseeded dried chillies, add in more dark soy sauce. You can add onions too, a bit will do. Cook till kiam chye a bit soft. Add sugar & salt to taste. I don't like the kiam chye too soft n love the crunchiness of it, so I cooked for abt 15 mins only.
