Ingredients
300g pork belly
5 tbsp corn flour
Oil (deep frying)
Sesame seeds
A few lettuce leaves (julienned)
Marinade
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 egg (lightly beaten)
Sauce
2 tbsp marmite
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp cooking caramel
6 tbsp water
Steps
1. Marinade pork belly for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Coat meat with flour just before deep frying them till golden brown.
3. Drain meat and set aside.
4. In another frying pan, cook the sauce over medium low heat till sauce thickens.
5. Add and coat meat thoroughly with the sauce.
6. Serve on a bed of julienned lettuce and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Notes
1. Can replace pork belly with pork ribs or even chicken meat.
2. Can also reduce marmite to 1 tbsp if its over powering for first timer trying out marmite dishes.
3. Do not over cook the sauce as it will turn bitter
