Ingredients:-1) 2 pkt of baby kailan
2) garlic x 3pcs, cut into fine pcs
3) salted fish 2cm long, cut into small pcs
4) big lime 1-2 depend on the size
5) oyster or abalone sauce 1-2 tbs
Method
1) fried the salted fish with oil till silightly golden brown, add in garlic... Fried for awhile...
2) add in the baby kailan, fried till almost cook, add in the oyster or abalone sauce & lime juice... Give a stir & done
