Vanilla Cupcakes by Chin Chin Chan



Makes 9 cupcakes.

Ingredients:
115g self raising flour
115g sugar
115g butter ( soft at room temperature )
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
Cream butter & sugar till creamy. Add the eggs & vanilla. Then add the flour. Mix well.

Baked at 180C for 15 - 20mins.
