Fried Tau Kua with Minced Pork & shiitake Mushroom by Linda Lau



Ingredients
Minced pork 150-200 gm
Marinate with light soya sauce, sesame oil & a dash of pepper
Tau kua 2 medium pcs ( cut into pcs )
Shiitake mushroom (optional)
Spring onion
Garlic 3 pcs & finely chopped
Soya bean paste 1 tbs
Sugar 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tbs (Optional)

Methods
Heat up the wok with oil...fried the tau kua till golden brown

Heat up the wok with oil...
Add garlic & fried
Add meat & fried
Add mushroom & 100-150 mls of water
Add soya bean paste & sugar
Add in the tau kua, spring onion & give a stir & done
