Ingredients:
350g squids (cut into desired bite size), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, spring onions, chilli padies (chopped).
Seasoning:
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp chilli sauce, some water/stock
Method:
Heat oil and sauteed garlic. Add squids to cook. Add seasoning and simmer the squids till cooked. Tossed with spring onions and chilli padies. Served.
Note: Be careful not to overcook the squids otherwise it will be super chewy like rubber.
