Recipe for 6 pcs of chicken wings
- Using New Moon otah, defrost it.
- Using a pair of scissor, cut the fish chunks into smaller pieces. Transfer otah into piping bag.
- Pipe into deboned chicken wings and flatten it.
- Rub wings with some salt & lightly coat with self raising flour.
- Leave it for about 5 mins until the flour is absorbed.
- Line the air fryer basket with aluminium foil to collect the oil.
- Preheat air fryer for 3 mins at 180 degrees.
- Laid chicken wings directly onto air fryer basket.
- Air fried for 20 mins at 180 degrees. Flip at every 5 mins interval until golden browned.
