Kueh Pisang by Sherlynn Tong


Ingredients
Banana leaves
Toothpicks

Mixture 1
200g coconut milk
25g water
80 sugar

Mixture 2
200g water
90g mung bean flour

Method
1. Mix mixture 2 well
2. Cook mixture 1 in low heat to fully dissolve sugar
3. Then add mixture 2 into mixture 1 to continue in low heat and mix till thicken
After thickened mixture done, place in banana
4. Scoop mixture onto banana leave and wrap it up with toothpicks at both sides
5. After wrapping, place them in fridge to store till cool for consumption

Pls note: the above recipe is only suitable for same day consumption as banana will oxidise and turn black if kept for the next day.
