Here the Recipe. (6" baking tin)
250gram Philadelphia cream cheese
10 to 12 pcs digestive biscuits
60gram butter
1 tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
1 tbsp gelatine = 40ml boiling water
80gram sugar
10 tbsp milo powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method.
Crushed e digestive biscuits until finely.
Melt the 60gram butter in microwave oven n pour in e warm butter immediately into the ready crushed digestive biscuits n scooped them into e baking tin n pressed them firmly. Put in fridge for 1 hr.
Prepared another pot. Put e Philadelphia cheese together with the sugar and stirred well under low fire. When all is blended well,
Pour in e lemon juice n e gelatin mixture.
Stir well n pour into the baking tin.
Last, scattered the milo powder on top the cheese cake. Do not pressed. N then decor with rainbow sprinkles etc n put in fridge overnight for best Results
