For ard 5-6pax
^Pumpkin (Aust) - ard 2 slices (from Ntuc)
^Plain flour (1 kg)
^salt to taste
^1 tbsp oil
^water
1) steam pumpkin till soft and cooked
2) leave to cool
3) mix in with flour and seasoning with water and knead dough till not sticky to handle (ard 15mins)
4) cover with damp cloth and sit dough for 2hours
5) knead for another 10mins
6) ready to roll and cut into strips
*for stock:
1 whole chicken bone
2 Carrots
2 Corn
1 Onion
Few Pepper corn seeds
- she cooked in big electric pot for ard 1hr
** can also add ikan bilis and soya beans
