Sambal Kangkung by Lena Lai


Fry the dried shrimps, dish out, put in garlic, stir fry till golden, add in sambal cili flakes (bought), then put in kangkung. Stir fry, add in water n salt. Done, sprinkle some sambal cili flakes n the fried dried shrimps on top. Done.


Sambal udang kering
18 shallots
Serai 4 stalks middle size
Chili dry 1 bowl
Dried shrimp 1 1/2 bowl
Belacan . 1pc
Sugar a lot
Blend chili n shallots n belacan first. Then dried shrimps.


Sauté the sambal for few minutes then put in kangkung, stir fry n toss few times, then only add water. Dun overcook. Add salt n sugar. Done.
