Goreng pisang by Lena Lai


1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix one egg with some water, add into the flour n mix.

 Add 1tsp of salt n a little bit of turmeric for coloring.

Batter gotta be quite thick.

Split the banana n coat with batter n fry.

For better texture, do not overcrowd ur wok of oil.
