Home-made douhua with Goji by Grace Mok


600mls of hot soya bean milk (I made my own, but you can use those bought off the shelf and heat it up)
1 3/4 tsp of Gelatin power sugar to taste 
                                                                                                               
Method:
Strain soya milk to make sure no bean residue 
Ladle 50 mls of soya milk to gelatin powder and mix well until dissolved completely 
Pour mixture into soya milk and mix well, careful not to churn up too much bubble 
Pour into individual bowls, allow to cool then put into fridge to chill and set. 
Ready to serve. 
Meanwhile, wash and soak Goji berries for 5 minutes. 
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and microwave 1 minute. 
Let cool and keep in fridge until ready to use. Enjoy!
