豆花 / Jelly Beancurd by Jeslin Chua


Recipe:
Soya Milk 1 Litre (I used organic soya milk)
Instant Jelly Powder 4 tsp

Bring soya milk to a boil, add in instant jelly powder & stir well over low heat. Turn off fire & pour into bowls. Let it cool down a bit before putting in fridge.
