Nutella brownies by Esther Tho



1 cup of Nutella
1 egg
1/2 cup of plain flour
Any nuts (optional, your preference)

1. Nutella and egg mix well
2. Sift flour in and fold till well combine.
3. Pour the batter in tin without greasing the tin.
4. Spread evenly into the tin.
6. Sprinkle crush nuts onto the surface.
7. Bake at a preheated oven 175deg C for 25-35 mins or till cooked(depends on your oven)
8. Cut into squares after cool.
Done & Enjoy

* Note : to turn this brownies into a rich Nutella cake, please replace plain flour with self-raising flour.
