My observations :- As this is a butterless cake, the taste of the final product depends largely on the bananas. I would recommend adding a pinch of salt and a tsp of vanilla/banana essence to enhance the taste/
If using the plastic moulds in the picture, it is not necessary to oil them. After filling up the mould, remember to tap it lightly on the counter a few times to release any trapped air. I did not, hence you can see ‘holes’ here and there.
