Chocolate Rum Balls by Eileen Heng


Ingredients A

5 pcs abt 220-230g choco brownies (bot from four leave)
2tbsp condensed milk
3tbsp dark rum
60g melted semi sweet choco chips

For coating the rum balls
150g semi sweet choco chips n 1tsp butter (melt together using double boil method)

Method
Mix ingredients A in a bowl till well combined.
Roll into one inch ball size n freeze for 10mins
Take out from fridge n coat with melted choco n let them set in the fridge.
Can also coat the rum balls with desicated coconut,chopped nuts, powdered sugar,cocao powder n anything u can think of.
