Ingredient
(A)
90g unsalted butter
100g brown sugar( can increase to 125g if u have sweet tooth)
(B)
2 eggs (55g each)
(C)
150g plain flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp dbl action baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
(D)
60g milk
25g melted chocolate
(E)
2 apples, diced
30g raisins or sultanas
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
METHOD
Cook diced apples with raisins & cinnamon powder till tender. I cooked using small fire, keep an eye & stir all the time to avoid burning. I cooked till it turn a lil soft & put aside.
1) Cream (A) till light & fluffy.
2) add in (B), cream till smooth & light.
3)add in (C) & (D) alternately, mix till well blended.
4)add the precooked apples into the above batter, mix till well incorporated.
5) Pour into greased & lined loaf pan.
6) Steam for 40 mins or test with skewer until it comes out clean. I cover with foil to prevent water fm getting on it. Set aside to cool.
