Beancurd wrapped with fish paste & prawns by Jeannie Lee



I bought the fish paste from 'yong tau foo' stall in the market.
I mixed the paste with chopped prawns, chopped water chestnuts n chopped coriander.
Just add a pinch of salt, pepper, sesame oil & corn flour and mixed well.
Spread on the beancurd sheet and put to steam. Let it to cool before pan fry till crispy.
