2pcs of beancurd (cut long strips)
2 cooked salted egg yolks
Some Curry leaves
Method
- Fry beancurd till golden brown n crispy. Dish out n leave aside.
- Chop cooked salted egg yolks.
- Melt some butter, put in chopped salted egg yolks. Stir fry till bubblely n fragrant. Add in curry leaves n beancurd. Toss evenly with the salted egg yolk.
- Dish out and serve hot
