Fried bean curd with salted egg by Jeannie Lee‎




Ingredients
2pcs of beancurd (cut long strips)
2 cooked salted egg yolks
Some Curry leaves

Method
  1. Fry beancurd till golden brown n crispy. Dish out n leave aside. 
  2. Chop cooked salted egg yolks.
  3. Melt some butter, put in chopped salted egg yolks. Stir fry till bubblely n fragrant. Add in curry leaves n beancurd. Toss evenly with the salted egg yolk.
  4. Dish out and serve hot
