Fried beancurd with salted egg 咸蛋牛油豆干 by Esther Khoo Chai Hoon
- Melt some butter, add in curry leaves.
- Stir fry till fragrant.
- Add in egg yolk, stir till bubbly, add in carnation milk, abit sugar.
- Continue to stir till fragrant, add in bean curd, toss evenly. Done!
