Sambal Ladies Fingers by Mabel Tan‎



10 pcs of lady finger
4 minced garlic
2 tbsps sambal chilli
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 diced chilli padi

Use a knife to scrap the skin of the lady finger to remove the hair 1st.
Stir fry garlic, put in the lady fingers, and the rest of the seasoning.
