Squid stuffed salted egg by Lynn Jolynn‎


Ingredient
A large size of Sotong (clean it and remove the unwanted inner then pad dry)

A unboiled salted egg

Frying flour ( seafood kind)

Toothpick


Method

Preheat the wok with oil.

Open the squid stomach and quickly add in the salted egg.

Coat the batter and fry it!
