Ingredients
1kg Mince Pork
300g Water Chestnut
1/2 kg Fresh Prawns
$2 worth of Fish Paste
2 Big Onions
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
1/2 teaspoon Corn Flour
1 Egg
2 Sheets of Bean Curd Skin
Method
Peel, wash n mince Water Chestnut n Onions. Not too fine as u need to feel the crunchy taste when you eat.
Shell n mince prawns.
Add mince pork, water chestnut, onions, fish paste n prawns together n mix well.
Then add pepper, corn flour n 5 spice powder n mix well. Finally crack n egg n mix well.
Clean the bean curd skin with a damn cloth n cut them into 10 long strips.
Wrap then individually n put to steam for 15 to 20mins.
Thereafter, fry in a pot till golden brown.
