Airfried Thai Lemongrass Chicken sticks by Jeannie Lee‎



2 Chicken breast - minced
3 pcs water chestnuts - remove skin, chop finely
1 egg white
6 Lemongrass sticks - trimmed n cut into half

I marinade minced chicken n chestnuts with salt, light soya sauce, a little dark sauce, pepper, egg white n corn flour.

Wrap minced chicken to form sticks.
AF chicken sticks at 180deg for about 15mins or till golden brown.
*apply a thin layer of butter on the chicken sticks before AF.
