Breaded deep fry pork with apple green salads by Serene Tan Haggerty


Breaded Pork Cutlet1. Choose pork loin and flatten it with the back of your knife as to tenderize them.
2. Marinade with chopped garlic and ginger for at least 1/2 - 1 hour.
3. Place corn starch first, then egg mixed and bread crumb.
4. Place it with cooking oil, but I preferred coconut oil to fry on a medium heat.
5. Each side will take about 2-3 mins and then is ready to serve.

Apple green salads with goat cheese
1. Slide Apple - you could choose green or red
2. Red onion slice
3. Mixed greens as you wish
4. Toss with goat cheese and season with salt and pepper

Sauce
1. 2 - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2. 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
3. 1/2 teaspoon of sesames oil
4. 1 teaspoon of honey
5. 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Mixed well and toss it with your green and ready to serve.
