1.Mix egg and milk well
2.Add flour and mix well
3. Let the batter rest for 30 min
4. Heat up the pan, no oil added.
5. Pour batter till the base of pan is covered, pan fried on low heat till bubbles appear all over the pan cake
6. Flip over and cook another min
7. Put pancake on flat surface, Spread mayonnaise, sprinkle some floss
8. Roll up the pancake, cut into small pieces to serve
