Slow cooker pig trotters in sweet vinegar by Faith Mum


Pan fry the Thick sliced ginger without oil, I used 200 g
Pour in 2 bottle of 500ml each sweetened vinegar
Bring to boil
Transfer to Slow cooker
Boil 1.5kg pig trotter or shoulder for 20 mins, wash off scum in cold water, add into slow cooker
Cook on high for 4 hours.
