Airfried Pork Back Ribs with char siew sauce by Jeannie Lee‎


Ingredients
1kg baby back ribs
2tbsp hoisin sauce
1tbsp honey
1tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp char siew sauce
4 cloves of fresh garlics - minced
2tbsp minced fresh ginger

Method
Wash the back ribs and dry with kitchen tissue.
Marinate the back ribs with the above ingredients and leave in the fridge for at least 4 to 6 hours.
AF ribs at 160deg for about 40mins in between apply the balance marinated sauce on the ribs. Adjust temp to 180deg for about 10mins to char the top.
Serve hot n enjoy.
