Homemade Kaya by Janet Chan



Pandan leaves, water ~ to get 20g pandan juice.

5 egg yolks, 160g sugar ~ stir for abt 20 sec on stove, low fire.

add pandan juice & 180g coconut milk to e above mixture, stir for 40min on stove med fire.

cool it & enjoy!

stir for 40 min

* i reduced sugar to 120g, coconut milk to 150g
