Red wine chicken mee sua by Fisherman Gone Fishing

Marinate chicken with 1 tbs Red Glutinous Wine Lees for 30mins
Stir fry shedded ginger in sesame oil till frangant ,add in chicken + 1 tbs of Red Glutinous Wine Lees stir fry till chicken turn pale and add in 500ml of water and let it boil for 10 min. Add in Red Glutinous Wine 250ml and switch to low heat.let.it simmer for 10 mins.
Cook mee sua and add into the soup.
