Fritillary Bulb Soup by Shuzhi Xu


Ingredients

10g Fritillary Bulb(川贝)
30g Chinese Apricot Seeds(15g each of sweet and bitter type)(南北杏)
10 pieces of Dried Figs(无花果)
25g Soaked White Fungus(银耳)
1 Pear(梨)
2L of water


Method

1. Wash and prepare all the ingredients
2. Add all ingredients and 2L of water into claypot.
3. Boil at high fire for 10min, then low fire for one hour.
4. Ready to serve


Notes

You may want to add sugar or honey if prefer sweeter taste.
