Ingredient
1 cod fish fillet
3 tablespoon D.O.M Bénédictine Herbal Liqueur.
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon wolf berries
Chopped parsley and ginger slices for garnishing
Directions
1. Mix D.O.M and light soy sauce together and pour it over the cod. Steam cod for 5 min. Sprinkle wolf berries over cod and steam for another 2 mins.
2. Fry ginger slices in sesame oil and drizzle over the cod. Garnish with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
