Mixed Vegetables Mid-Joint Chicken Wing Pockets by Shuzhi Xu


Ingredients

A:
17 de-bone MJ chicken wings
1 tsp 5-spices salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp honey

B:
Vegetable strips(2 small carrots, 1 Jap cucumber, 2 potatoes, 1 packet of asparagus)
1& half tsp knorr all purpose seasoning
1 & half tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sesame oil

Method

1. Mix ingredients from A and keep in a plastic bag in fridge for few hours
2. Cut the vegetables from B into strips and mix with the seasoning from B.
3. Stuff each De bone MJ wing with vegetable strips
4. Place pandan leaf on baking tray, place stuffed MJ wing on top of pandan leaf with smooth skin side up
5. Bake at 200 degree for 15min
6. Flip over and bake for another 20 min
7. Ready to serve
