A. Spice (to blend together)
• 4-5 dried chillies (soak in warm water first)
• 4-5 red chillies
• 5 shallots
• 3 garlic (you can add more if you prefer stronger garlicky taste)
• 1.5 tablespoon tau cheo
• 0.5 tablespoon dried shrimps (optional)
• 60ml water
B. Bee Hoon ingredients for 4paxs
• Bee hoon (I used 5 pcs of A1 beehoon, pls soak in hot water for 30mins)
• Bee sprouts
• 1 tau kwa (cut into cubes or strips, pan-fried till golden brown n set aside)
• Prawns (I pre-pan fried them)
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• Some pepper

Method
1. Heat wok with 3 tbsp oil, cook the spices for about 5 mins
2. Add the beehoon, soya sauce n pepper. Toss well for another 5 mins
3. Add the tau kwa, prawns and bean sprouts n give a final good toss for another 2 mins. I also added lime juice (about 4) at this stage as well
4. Dish up and garnish with eggs, parsley, fried shallots and extra lime.
