Sambal chilli Ikan Billis Pau by Mandy Kee



Ingredients
1 packet Prima Taste sambal chilli
2 tbsp oil
100g ikan bilis (meat only)
1/2 bowl shallots
1 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water

Method
1. Fry ikan bilis with 2 tbsp of oil till crispy. Remove & set aside.
2. Saute shallots till fragrant, add in prima taste sambal chilli.
3. Add in 1/2 cup of water & brown sugar. Simmer for 2mins.
4. Add in ikan bill is & tomato sauce. Fry till sauce almost dried up.
5. Add in cornflour solution and give it a good stir.
